Refund Policy

The $99 deposit is fully refundable

• When: you can ask for a full refund of the $99 deposit, for any reason, at any time until we deliver your first proof pack.
• Automatic refund: if we have not started your Sprint (held the kickoff call) within 30 days of your deposit, we refund it without you asking.
• How to ask: email info@metalattest.com from the address you ordered with, with the subject "Refund", or reply to your receipt.
• How fast: we confirm within 2 business days and issue the refund within 5 business days of your request, to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
• Deposit commitments (pay on invoice): while card payments are not live, nothing is charged when you commit. You can cancel by email at any time before your Sprint starts and you will owe nothing.

The rest of the Sprint fee ($391)

The balance is due only when your Sprint starts. If you cancel within 14 days of kickoff and before we deliver your first proof pack, we refund the balance in full. After your first proof pack is delivered, the Sprint fee is non-refundable, except that we refund $19.60 per SKU ($490 ÷ 25) for any SKU whose proof pack we have not delivered within 60 days of kickoff.
